Vision Statement
Mother’s Day Out at Pathpoint is a preschool program that partners with parents to provide a setting where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Program Philosophy
1. Academic Growth
We believe that children learn best through experience. We strive to give children these experiences on their level, in their way, and at a developmentally appropriate level. Our curriculum helps foster a sense of wonder, creativity, and knowledge. Teachers use a learning centered approach to teach thematic units centered around Biblical truths. Each month is centered around different letters, numbers, themes and more. We strive to be a place where your child can learn and grow in a loving, learning rich environment.
2. Social Growth
We are committed to helping children grow socially. We show this commitment by helping children develop the social skills necessary to interact with others in a way that is both loving and respectful. We help children understand their emotions and teach them positive ways to express these emotions. We are committed to working closely with parents in this process.
3. Spiritual Growth
We stive to be a safe place where children can begin exploring and experiencing Biblical truths. We do this through the KNOW-GROW-FLOW Method. We teach children to KNOW Christ by an early age, GROW in God’s calling for their lives, and FLOW in His Word through salvation and baptism.
